At Synergy Wetsuits, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next aquatic adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with original tags.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the clean, dry wetsuit in its original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the suit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
